GOVERNING COUNCIL MEETING

OF THE UNION OF EUROPEAN FORESTERS

In Annecy, France 11th - 13th of June 2010

DEAR COLLEAGUES AROUND EUROPE !

Hereby you are kindly invited to participate in the Governing Council Meeting 2010 of Union of European Foresters. The meeting will be arranged 11th – 13th of June 2010 in Annecy, France. The keynote presentation and excursion part of the meeting will be "Mountain forest" Please find the more detailed programme below.

We expect your registrations to the Governing Council Meeting and the Seminar not later than 15th of April 2010. Go to the Registration Form below

The Presidency of UEF has decided to promote the participation of forestry students from the member organizations by sponsoring one student per organization with a reduction of the participation fee with 50%. Applications for this reduction should be send by the same date as the registration for the GCM to the treasurer of UEF, Mr Bjorn Karlsson, by E-mail

PARTICIPATION FEES

The fees per person for participating in the whole programme from 10th to 13th of June
with single room (starting with Lunch and ending with breakfast) will be 490,- EURO.

The fees per person for participating in the whole programme from 10th to 13th of June
with twin room (starting without Lunch and ending with breakfast) will be 440,- EURO.

Those fees include all transportation during the stay, shuttle transport from and to the railway station Annecy (France) or airport Geneva (Switzerland), accommodation; breakfasts, dinners and lunches, as well as the field trips.

The fee can be paid cash, by credit card or via transfer to our correspondent.
